These Terms govern access to the RevCare AI software and related services. By creating an account, paying, or using the product, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
Service
We provide the features available in your plan as described on our site at the time of order. The service is provided “as is” and evolves as we ship improvements and fixes.
Fees
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Downgrades and upgrades are handled through the billing customer portal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the product, attempt to breach security, or use the product in violation of law. You remain responsible for your staff’s use and for the accuracy of data you import.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
