RevCare AI (“we”, “us”) provides software for home care and related agency operations. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, trial, and paid product.
What we collect
- Account and workspace data: name, business email, company name, agency settings, and operational data you enter or sync (e.g. schedules, visit-related metadata, billing queues) to provide the service.
- Usage and product analytics: first-party, coarse events (e.g. pages visited, CTA usage) to improve conversion and reliability — not sold to data brokers.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use data
We use data to operate the product, secure accounts, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Aggregated or de-identified statistics may be used to describe product usage in marketing.
Subprocessors
We rely on vetted infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, database, email, payment processing). A current list is available on request to compliance@revcareai.com.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information subject to our legal and business retention needs. For HIPAA-regulated agency data, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) may be required before production PHI is used in the product.
