RevCare AI is sold as a subscription software service. Fees are presented at checkout in USD unless otherwise shown. The legal relationship for use of the product is in our Terms of Service. This page summarizes billing and cancellation expectations.
How you pay
We process payments with Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for the plan, billing interval, and seat or tier count you select at purchase or upgrade, plus applicable sales tax. You can update payment details and see invoices in the customer billing portal linked from the product.
Trials, upgrades, downgrades
If a trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel in time, per what is shown in checkout. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle or immediately when the portal indicates — follow the in-product billing flow for your workspace.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the self-serve portal to stop renewals. Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase. If you have a billing dispute, contact us from Support with your workspace and invoice number.
