Billing help

Subscriptions are billed in Stripe. Workspace admins can open Plan & subscription in the app, then Manage billing in Stripe to update cards, download invoices, switch prices where enabled, or cancel.

Trials: new checkouts may include a 14-day trial before the first paid period — the exact terms appear on the Stripe checkout page.

Failed payments: Stripe automatically retries. If your subscription shows past due, sign in and update the payment method in the customer portal. Need a hand? hello@revcareai.com.
